Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Cresentrix Solutions when you use NatPay. We have kept them as short and plain as we can.

The agreement

By creating an account or using NatPay, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use NatPay.

What NatPay does, and does not do

NatPay is a record-keeping tool. It helps a group track a shared pool, log expenses, split them and work out who owes whom.

NatPay never holds or moves money. Contributions, payments and settle-ups happen outside the app, between the people involved, using whatever method they choose. NatPay only records what you tell it.

NatPay calculates splits and suggested payments from the information members enter. Please check amounts before you pay anyone. We are not responsible for mistakes in what members enter, or for payments made between members.

Your account

  • You sign in with Google or Apple. Keep that account secure, because anyone who can sign in to it can use your NatPay account.
  • Give your real name, so the people on your trips know who you are.
  • NatPay is meant for adults. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • You can delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account.

Trips and trip admins

  • The person who creates a trip is its admin. The admin approves or rejects expenses, can close the trip, and can hand the admin role to another member.
  • Members can see each other's names, photos and everything added to the trip.
  • Only invite people you know. Anyone with the invite code can ask to join while the trip is open.

Your content

You own what you add to NatPay: trip details, expenses, notes and photos. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it to the members of your trips, only so that NatPay works. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for records that stay in shared trips as described in the privacy policy.

Only add content you have the right to share, and nothing illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or that invades someone else's privacy.

Fair use

Please do not:

  • use NatPay to commit fraud, launder money or mislead other members;
  • try to access accounts, trips or data that are not yours;
  • disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service;
  • use NatPay to send spam or harass people.

If someone breaks these terms, we may suspend or close their account. Where it is fair and lawful, we will tell them why first.

Tips

NatPay is free. Tips are optional and support development. They are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, unlock no extra features and are not refundable except where the store's policy or the law says otherwise.

Changes and availability

We work to keep NatPay running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut NatPay down, we will give you notice in the app and time to save your trip summaries.

Liability

NatPay is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Cresentrix Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by mistakes in information entered by members, payments made between members, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. For significant changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using NatPay after that, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Cresentrix Solutions is registered. If you have a problem, please email us first. Most things can be sorted out quickly.
